PARTNER MOVES - International M&A partner Roman Dashko joins Holland & Knight in New York

Holland & Knight has bolstered its Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group with the addition of Roman Dashko as a partner in New York. Mr. Dashko previously practiced at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, working in both the Moscow and New York offices. He led the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice in the firm's Moscow office, focusing on complex cross-border transactions involving clients across Europe, Asia and the U.S. In 2018, he successfully transitioned to the New York office, where he expanded his practice to include U.S.

Hamish spent much of his career working from leading law firms in the US, before returning to Australia.

Vebjørn is a well-known IP lawyer, having previously worked at Haavind and Schjødt. He mainly assists clients in the industry, technology, and media sectors. The 46-year-old also has significant experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry, the fish farming industry, and the offshore/maritime sector.

Global law firm Clifford Chance has appointed Brad Woodhouse as partner and Head of Class Actions, Australia. Brad will join the firm's global L&DR practice and be based in Sydney.
Brad brings more than 20 years of experience specialising in large scale, complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on class actions. He has acted on several of Australia's largest class actions across a wide range of subject areas including financial products and services, product liability, natural disasters, employment and professional negligence.
