Shoosmiths announces the appointment of Russ Hill as a partner in the Corporate Restructuring & Advisory (CR&A) team, where he will play a key role in enhancing the firm’s reach across Birmingham and the UK’s insolvency and restructuring markets.

Russ joins from Squire Patton Boggs where he led the restructuring teams in Birmingham and Manchester. He has also previously held roles at Eversheds Sutherland and Pinsent Masons.
