Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that Andrew Forman, former Deputy Assistant Attorney General (DAAG) in the US Department of Justice (DOJ), Antitrust Division, has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as a partner in the Antitrust & Competition Practice and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department. In his role as DAAG (2022–2025), Forman helped lead the Antitrust Division and its hundreds of employees, focusing on civil antitrust investigations, enforcement, policy, and strategy.
