Kirkland & Ellis announced that Nick Losurdo has joined the Firm as a partner in the Investment Funds Group.

International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced that Menachem Danishefsky has joined the Firm as a partner in the Tax Department, based in the New York office.

Menachem’s practice spans an array of tax matters primarily associated with the private investment fund space, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, international tax and financial restructuring.
