Global law Firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Global Private Equity Industry Group with the addition of Helen Croke as a partner in London.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Intellectual Property (IP) Practice with the addition of IT and IP partner Nicholas Boyle in Sydney.

M&A and private equity transactions require significant transitional services agreements, which increasingly have heavy technology, data and cyber components and can lead to substantial IT migration and integration projects that require specialist advice, said White & Case partner Brendan Quinn. Nicholas' broad expertise in IT, IP, cyber security and data protection make him a great addition to meet this need.

King & Spalding announced that Rob DeConti has joined the firm as a partner on its Healthcare team in its Government Matters and Regulation practice group. He is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Squire Patton Boggs has hired data protection and regulatory lawyer Tanvi Mehta Krensel who joins the firm as a partner in its Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and Digital Assets Practice Group in Sydney. She was Product Privacy Lead for APAC and Emerging Markets at TikTok in Sydney, and previously at Allens.

Global law firm Squire Patton Boggs continued the expansion of its private capital and cross border financing capabilities with the addition of a three-lawyer team in its Private Credit and Direct Lending practice group.

Partner Cynthia Weiss, Principal Stephanie F. Lipscomb (both in Washington DC) and Associate Majer Ma (New York) join the firm from Polsinelli.
