DLA Piper is continuing the growth of its Litigation practice with the addition of Patrick Bryan as a partner in the firm’s Washington, DC office. 

Bryan is a leading authority in the financial services and enforcement sector. Over the last nine years, he has served in senior roles for three principal regulators, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), the Federal Reserve and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

PARTNER MOVES - Fried Frank to welcome UK private equity partner Rachel Wolfenden

Fried Frank announced that Rachel Wolfenden will join the firm as a partner in the M&A and Private Equity Practice, based in London. Wolfenden joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where she was a partner in the firm’s private equity practice since 2020.

Wolfenden advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on transactions such as cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings. In addition, she has experience advising on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions.

She joins from Sidley Austin.
