Robert’s experience includes leveraged buyouts of both public and private companies, cross-border transactions, carve-out transactions, strategic acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and co-investments. Robert also has extensive involvement advising investment funds and public and private corporations on governance and other corporate issues. 

Continuing to expand its global litigation and arbitration capabilities, Pardeep Khosa joins Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as a partner and Morgan Lewis Stamford as a director, resident in the Singapore office. Pardeep has a broad practice covering commercial litigation and international arbitration, and corporate crime and investigations.

With a unique skill set ranging from serving in-house internationally and at a Big Four accounting firm to private practice in Big Law and in the US government, Todd Smith joins Morgan Lewis as a tax partner. Todd, who was most recently with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, will be based in the firm’s London office and will focus on US and international tax matters for sovereign and other institutional investors and multinational businesses.

Morgan Lewis welcomes Meaghan Kent, an intellectual property litigator, and Denise Wood, a telecommunications infrastructure lawyer and former in-house counsel, as partners resident in Washington, DC.

Denise, who returns to Morgan Lewis after having spent nearly five years as an associate with the firm, arrives from Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she served as senior corporate counsel leading a global team. She will focus on advising telecommunication and technology clients on regulatory and transactional matters.
