Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced that Bosco Yiu has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate Department, resident in Hong Kong. Mr. Yiu’s practice focuses on private equity investments, M&A transactions, Hong Kong IPOs and general regulatory and compliance advice.
