Dechert LLP announced that Soo-ah Nah has joined the firm’s global finance practice as a partner based in the New York office, focusing on leveraged finance.  

Ms. Nah’s practice focuses on leveraged financing and various other types of financing transactions, representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, other public and private companies across industries and institutional lenders.  Ms. Nah received a J.D. from Columbia School of Law, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Northwestern University.
