Chris Duffy, an accomplished trial lawyer with nearly two decades of experience in complex commercial litigation matters, has joined Vinson & Elkins as a partner, further enhancing the firm’s global trial and litigation team and expansion in New York.
Following Shearman & Sterling’s recent expansion in Texas with a new Dallas office, the firm is welcoming two more partners, Ann Marie Cowdrey and Nathan Meredith, to the team.
Ann Marie’s practice focuses on private equity, including fund formation, structuring investments in portfolio companies and advising on mergers and acquisitions, strategic recapitalizations and initial public offerings.
