Baker McKenzie has secured Lance Sacks as a new corporate partner in Sydney, currently a partner at Clifford Chance. Lance is due to join Baker McKenzie after 1 May 2020.

Lance is a market leading corporate lawyer, having worked on some of Australia's most complex transactions regarding: mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), private equity, joint ventures and capital reconstructions.

He also acts on a large number of capital raising projects, including: block trades, initial public offerings, rights issues, underwritings, and stock exchange listings.
