Rubina joins the business from Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP where she was a Partner since 2017. Having qualified as a corporate lawyer in the private equity/funds team at Clifford Chance LLP, she successfully requalified as an IT/IP and commercial lawyer, initially practising at Bird & Bird LLP.
