Both attorneys join from Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP and will be based in Brown Rudnick’s New York office, the firm’s largest office. At Brown Rudnick, Bowe and Tabaksblat are joining a robust team of New York’s top litigators.

Leading international law firm Brown Rudnick LLP has announced the appointment of a group of three partners, Neil Foster, Tim Davison and Sarah Melaney, who join from Baker Botts.

The Miami office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Jason M. Murray as a corporate partner focusing on franchise and distribution law. Murray joins K&L Gates from Gunster, where he served as a shareholder and leader of the franchise and distribution practice.

International law firm DAC Beachcroft has welcomed catastrophic injury claims specialist, Kate Oldroyd, as a partner in its top-ranked national Claims Solutions Group. She is the second partner to be recruited to the team so far in 2020 and one of 13 partners to join the Claims Solutions Group since July 2019.

Kate, who was previously a partner at DWF, has extensive experience of handling complex, large-loss and catastrophic injury cases, particularly high-value fatal accident claims and inquests, and chronic pain claims.

King & Spalding announced that Ingrid Myers has joined as a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments (CFI) practice group in its Houston office. Myers’s practice focuses on the drafting and negotiation of construction-related contracts for the development of energy and other major infrastructure projects.

Dechert LLP announced that Omoz Osayimwese has joined the firm’s global private funds practice as a partner in New York.

For two decades, Mr. Osayimwese has advised sponsors and investors in the formation and structuring of private equity funds, hedge funds and hybrid funds, and counseled investment managers on strategic transactions involving alternative asset management.

Dechert LLP announced that Tricia Lee has joined the firm’s global private funds practice as a partner based in Texas. She will work closely alongside the firm’s global private equity practice to advise clients throughout the fundraising cycle.
