Brown Rudnick LLP has announced the addition of Michael Bowe and Lauren Tabaksblat as partners in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Both attorneys join from Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP and will be based in Brown Rudnick’s New York office, the firm’s largest office. At Brown Rudnick, Bowe and Tabaksblat are joining a robust team of New York’s top litigators.

PARTNER MOVES - DAC Beachcroft continues to expand its national Claims Solutions business with second partner hire in 2020

International law firm DAC Beachcroft has welcomed catastrophic injury claims specialist, Kate Oldroyd, as a partner in its top-ranked national Claims Solutions Group. She is the second partner to be recruited to the team so far in 2020 and one of 13 partners to join the Claims Solutions Group since July 2019.

Kate, who was previously a partner at DWF, has extensive experience of handling complex, large-loss and catastrophic injury cases, particularly high-value fatal accident claims and inquests, and chronic pain claims.
