Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, announces that Chris Heller rejoins the Firm as a partner in the Corporate practice. Heller spent the past seven years as senior vice president and general counsel at Velocity Technology Solutions, a global cloud managed services company.
Nicole Wearne, Ganga Narayanan and Mark Attard will join the firm's Melbourne office as partners. King & Spalding announced that Jeanie Cogill has joined as a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments (CFI) practice group in its New York office.

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the appointment of Regina Rath as a new partner in Germany, expanding its EMEA financial restructuring and insolvency team.
Regina joins the firm’s Frankfurt office from Simmons & Simmons. She is an experienced litigator with a focus on financial litigation and insolvency law, and has represented financial institutions in contentious matters, often with an international angle.

The global law firm Jones Day announces that Richard Salgado has returned to the Firm as a Business & Tort Litigation partner in its Dallas Office. Mr. Salgado had previously been an associate in Jones Day's Issues & Appeals Practice.
Mr. Salgado represents defendants in a wide range of complex commercial, intellectual property, and regulatory litigation at the trial court level. He has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials and disposed of many more cases on summary judgment before trial or through arbitration.
Capital markets lawyer David Boles has joined Cooley as a partner based in the firm’s London office. Boles arrives from Latham & Watkins, where he was a partner alongside recent Cooley London arrival Claire Keast-Butler.
