PARTNER MOVES - Former Philadelphia City Solicitor Joins Dechert’s White Collar Practice

Former Philadelphia City Solicitor Sozi Pedro Tulante has joined Dechert LLP as a partner in the firm’s white collar crime and trials practice. He will be based in the Philadelphia office.

Mr. Tulante joins Dechert’s burgeoning global litigation practice, which advises some of the world’s most sophisticated clients and wins some of the largest and most complex domestic and multijurisdictional disputes.

Tom Epps has joined Cooley as a partner in the London office, marking the latest key addition to the firm’s white collar group. He arrives from Brown Rudnick, where he was a partner for six years.

International law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Josh Scala has joined the firm's San Francisco office as a Corporate partner in the U.S. Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Tax Practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Scala was a principal at Ernst & Young. Before that he worked as a transactional tax attorney at Arnold & Porter in Washington D.C. and San Francisco.
