Former Philadelphia City Solicitor Sozi Pedro Tulante has joined Dechert LLP as a partner in the firm’s white collar crime and trials practice. He will be based in the Philadelphia office.
Mr. Tulante joins Dechert’s burgeoning global litigation practice, which advises some of the world’s most sophisticated clients and wins some of the largest and most complex domestic and multijurisdictional disputes.
Rupert Harper has joined Covington’s Corporate Practice as a partner in Dubai. Mr. Harper’s arrival follows the recent addition of international arbitration partner Philip Norman, also resident in Dubai.
Tom Epps has joined Cooley as a partner in the London office, marking the latest key addition to the firm’s white collar group. He arrives from Brown Rudnick, where he was a partner for six years.
