PARTNER MOVES - Hogan Lovells continues expansion of Australian practice with the addition of corporate funds partner in Sydney

Hogan Lovells announced that James Wood will be joining the firm as a partner in the Corporate practice in the Sydney office. James will be joining the firm from Gilbert + Tobin.

James is an established corporate investment funds specialist and has specific experience in advising on private equity funds, real estate funds, energy/infrastructure funds, credit funds, secondary funds, fund-of-funds and other sector focused funds together with other fund-style arrangements, such as syndicated deals.
