King & Spalding announced that Douglas A. Henderson has joined the firm as a partner on its Toxic & Environmental Torts (T&ET) team in the Atlanta office.

The global law firm Jones Day announces that Schuyler J. Schouten has joined the Firm's Government Regulation Practice. Mr. Schouten, who joins Jones Day as a partner and will be based in the Firm's Washington Office, was previously Senior Associate Counsel to the President and Deputy Legal Advisor to the National Security Council.

Weber joins from CNA Financial Corporation, where he was executive vice president and general counsel.
