Mark was previously co-head of regulatory at Kennedys in Hong Kong.

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced that rail finance lawyer Simon Gwynne has joined the firm as a banking partner in its UK rail team.

Simon comes to Norton Rose Fulbright from Hogan Lovells, where he co-headed the rail and shipping practices. He has extensive experience in high-value asset finance across a variety of different sectors, with a particular focus on rail rolling stock, shipping and industrial plant and machinery. He focuses on complex structured asset financings, both tax and non-tax based.
