PARTNER MOVES - Acclaimed Mueller Prosecutor Andrew D. Goldstein Joins Cooley

Andrew D. Goldstein is joining Cooley as a litigation partner in the firm’s Washington, DC, and New York offices. He arrives from the Special Counsel’s Office at the US Department of Justice, where he served as senior assistant special counsel. Goldstein also is the former chief of the public corruption unit of the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.

Mayer Brown announced its appointment of renowned arbitrator and litigator Ulrich Helm, who will join the firm as a partner in the Frankfurt office on August 1, 2019.

Ulrich's practice is focused on complex arbitration and litigation matters across a range of sectors, particularly those involving infrastructure and plant-construction projects. Ulrich joins Mayer Brown from Hogan Lovells, where he was a longstanding partner in the Frankfurt office of almost 20 years and head of the German infrastructure, energy, resources and projects practice, which he co-founded.
