Linklaters advised Echo Investment on the forward sale of Sagittarius Business House to Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH. The transaction was structured as the sale of enterprise and was valued at EU74.5m. This modern class A office building with an area of 25.6 thousand sq.m. is located in Wroclaw and its leased in majority to EY and the Bank of New York Mellon.

Corporate team at Hill Dickinson advises management of JLA on completion of sale from Hg to Cinven

Leading commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has acted for the management team of major servicing solutions provider JLA on its sale from Hg, the manager of HgCapital Trust, to international private equity house Cinven. The sale, which was first announced back in May, successfully completed on Wednesday 15 August 2018 following approval from the FCA and CMA.

International law firm CMS has advised Battersea Power Station Development Company (BPSDC) on its pre-let agreement with IWG, the world’s largest serviced office group, to lease 40,000 sq ft of office space to luxury private members club, No18. The deal marks the final pre-let of office space for Battersea Power Station, which will also be home to tech giant Apple when it opens in 2021.

This acquisition expands Varian's motion-management portfolio and is part of the company's long-term growth and value creation strategy.

WARSAW - August 21, 2018 -The Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised IREEF managed by Invesco Real Estate on the sale of the enterprise, i.e. IREEF-Crown Square Warsaw PropCosp. z o.o., owner of the Crown Square office building to M&A Capital.

Crown Square Building is in the immediate vicinity of the Rondo Daszynskiego underground station. It offers over 16 thousand square meters of modern office space and 236 parking spaces. The office building was rated "Excellent" in the BREEAM system.

Eurovia Acquires Asphalt Plants & Paving Business of Lane Construction for US$555 Million

Dechert LLP advised Eurovia SAS, a VINCI Group subsidiary and global leader in transport infrastructure and urban development, in its agreement with Salini Impregilo Group to acquire the Lane Asphalt Plants & Paving division of its subsidiary Lane Construction, whose operations cover industrial and roadworks activities, for US$555 million.

White & Case Advises Banks on Transdev Group's €220 Million Inaugural Notes Offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the bank syndicate composed of Natixis, Société Générale and Crédit Agricole CIB, as Joint Lead Managers, on the inaugural unlisted €220 million notes offering by way of private placement by France-based international private public transport operator Transdev Group.

The transaction was divided in two series of notes: €150 million 1.779% notes due 2025, and €70 million 2.051% notes due 2026.

Norton Rose Fulbright advises AirTrunk on landmark AU$850 million data centre financing

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has acted for AirTrunk, a specialist in hyperscale data centres, on the successful completion of an AU$850 million financing process to fund a major expansion of its Australian data centres in Sydney and Melbourne, and across key Asia-Pacific markets. The financing will be the largest by a data centre company in Australia to date. 

Grant Samuel acted as financial adviser to AirTrunk in relation to the transaction.

Herbert Smith Freehills' renewables experts advise on the construction and installation of Lake Bonney utility-scale battery

Herbert Smith Freehills has advised Infigen Energy on contracting for the construction and installation of a new 25MW / 52MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to be located next to Infigen’s 278.5MW Lake Bonney Wind Farm, near Millicent in South Australia.

Herbert Smith Freehills also advised Infigen on funding agreements with the SA Government and the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) to co-fund the approximately A$38 million development. The SA Government and ARENA have each committed A$5 million in grant funding (A$10 million in total).
