Boies Schiller Flexner LLP announced that Dan Boyle has joined the firm as a partner in its Los Angeles office, marking his return to private practice after spending over five years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Central District of California. Previously an associate in the firm’s New York office, Boyle will work on matters involving high-level white collar investigations, foreign corruption, and asset tracing and forfeiture.

International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced that distinguished private equity dealmakers Tana Ryan and Navneeta Rekhi have joined the firm as partners in the Private Equity Group.
