International law firm Bird & Bird further boosts its Corporate practice with the arrival of new partner Giovanni Gazzaniga in Milan.

David Martin Connelly, a nationally recognized energy regulatory lawyer with more than 25 years of experience representing electric utilities and other industry clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and U.S. Courts of Appeals, has returned to McGuireWoods as a partner in Washington, D.C.

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced that financial regulatory lawyer Prem Mohan will join the firm as a partner and head of European Financial Services Regulation, resident in London. Mohan advises on the regulatory aspects relating to the structuring and formation of private funds and M&A and private equity transactions.
