Holland & Knight has bolstered its Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group with the addition of David Ehrlich as a partner in New York.

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. continues the strategic expansion of its Orlando office with the addition of Labor & Employment Shareholder Alicia M. Chiu.  

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Kelly M. Cardin as a shareholder in its New York City office. Cardin – who joins the firm from Ogletree Deakins, where she was co-chair of the Pay Equity practice group – marks Littler’s fifth shareholder level addition since the beginning of April.

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Briana M. Swift as a shareholder in its Seattle office. She joins the firm from K&L Gates and focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation. Swift is the sixth attorney to join Littler at the shareholder level since the beginning of April.

Sidley is pleased to announce that Stephen M. Boone Jr. has joined the Houston office as a partner in the firm’s Energy, Transportation, and Infrastructure group. He joins Sidley from Akin Gump, where he led the U.S. oil and gas practice.

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP announced that Chris Evans has joined the Firm’s New York office as a Partner on the Fund Transactions team. Chris joins the Firm from Blackstone.

Baker McKenzie announced that Tobias (Toby) Knapp, an internationally recognized M&A and private equity lawyer, has joined the Firm's North America Transactional Practice and will serve as the co-head of the New York Transactional Group. Toby is the latest partner to join the Firm's global transactional group, which has seen the addition of 40 partners in key business markets over the past 18 months. He joins from O'Melveny & Myers, where he was head of the M&A and private equity practice of the United States.

Mayer Brown announced that Isaac Maron has rejoined the firm in Washington DC as a partner in the Tax practice and as a member of the global Projects & Infrastructure team. He was most recently at Latham & Watkins LLP.

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced that Michael Holston will join the firm as a partner. Holston previously served as the senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of General Electric and led the company through the recent successful completion of its three-way split.
