Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has hired construction disputes specialist Edward Shaw in London.

Ed specialises in construction, engineering and infrastructure dispute resolution with a particular focus on issues arising from projects in the energy sector – including renewable energy and nuclear power projects.

PARTNER MOVES - Dentons welcomes new partner to London regulatory and investigations group

Dentons has hired experienced financial regulatory partner Andrew Barber to its growing UK Regulatory and Investigations team. Andrew rejoins the firm from Pinsent Masons, having previously been a Managing Associate at Dentons. Andrew joins a growing list of partners who have moved back to Dentons, and he follows in the footsteps of Steph Innes and Sue Moore, both of whom rejoined the firm in recent times.

A dual-qualified lawyer in Australia and England and Wales, Andrew previously held positions at a number of leading law firms as well as in-house at Barclays Wealth.

Megan S. Lewis, who served as an Assistant Chief of the Washington Criminal Section of the Antitrust Division in the U.S. Department of Justice, has joined McGuireWoods as a partner in Washington D.C. In her role at DOJ, Lewis managed teams of trial attorneys and supervised criminal antitrust investigations and litigation in a wide range of industries, including financial services, employment practices, government contracting, pharmaceuticals, construction and real estate, and industrial products.
