PARTNER MOVES - Littler continues hiring streak with addition of shareholder Kelly Cardin in New York city

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Kelly M. Cardin as a shareholder in its New York City office. Cardin – who joins the firm from Ogletree Deakins, where she was co-chair of the Pay Equity practice group – marks Littler’s fifth shareholder level addition since the beginning of April.

PARTNER MOVES - Briana Swift joins as a shareholder in Littler’s Seattle office

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Briana M. Swift as a shareholder in its Seattle office. She joins the firm from K&L Gates and focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation. Swift is the sixth attorney to join Littler at the shareholder level since the beginning of April.

PARTNER MOVES - Baker McKenzie continues M&A and private equity practice growth with addition of Tobias Knapp in New York

Baker McKenzie announced that Tobias (Toby) Knapp, an internationally recognized M&A and private equity lawyer, has joined the Firm's North America Transactional Practice and will serve as the co-head of the New York Transactional Group. Toby is the latest partner to join the Firm's global transactional group, which has seen the addition of 40 partners in key business markets over the past 18 months. He joins from O'Melveny & Myers, where he was head of the M&A and private equity practice of the United States.

Mayer Brown announced that Isaac Maron has rejoined the firm in Washington DC as a partner in the Tax practice and as a member of the global Projects & Infrastructure team. He was most recently at Latham & Watkins LLP.

PARTNER MOVES - Michael Holston, former GC of General Electric, joins Paul, Weiss as partner
