Global law firm Goodwin announced that John Anderson will join the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice as a partner, resident in the London office.

“John has significant expertise in credit fund strategies, where we expect to see sustained high activity levels given the current high interest rate environment, as well as other private fund strategies,” said Michael Halford, co-chair of Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice. “We are delighted that he will be joining the firm.”

Craig M. Warner has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Trial Practice Group in its Dallas office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Warner was a partner at Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP.
