King & Spalding announced that labor and employment lawyer Sydney Jones Lampard has joined the firm as a partner on its Global Human Capital and Compliance (GHCC) team. Lampard is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Global law firm Clyde & Co announced the appointment of Thomas Maroney as partner in its New York office. Tom joins the firm from Kennedys and his hire is the latest expansion of Clyde & Co’s global insurance and North American US defense practice.

Leading global law firm Dentons has welcomed back market leading lawyer Sue Moore, to head its Restructuring & Insolvency practice group in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East. Sue rejoined the firm as partner, having started her career at Dentons and been a partner until 2011.

Sue joins Dentons from Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath. Prior to this, she was partner at Stephenson Harwood for 9 years where she led the Global Finance Practice, and was Head of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
