Mark Holmes has joined the firm as a Houston-based partner in its Finance Practice. He most recently was a Partner at White & Case.  Holmes is a leading energy and infrastructure finance lawyer who advises sponsors, borrowers,  and lenders.

PARTNER MOVES - Seasoned trademark partner Michael Graif joins Brown Rudnick’s intellectual property group

Brown Rudnick announced that Michael R. Graif has joined the Firm’s New York office as a partner in the Intellectual Property group and the Trademark, Copyright and Advertising practice.

Graif brings more than 30 years of trademark and IP transactional experience. He focuses his practice on trademark enforcement, licensing and technology transactions, privacy, generative artificial intelligence (AI), social media and copyright matters.
