Nico Neukam joins Orrick’s German Tax Group as a partner in Düsseldorf, where he will collaborate closely with the firm’s market-leading technology and venture capital practices.

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced that preeminent infrastructure and public-private partnerships (P3) lawyer Patrick Harder has joined its Los Angeles office.
