Vinson & Elkins announced that it has expanded its corporate and finance practice in London with the addition of Kilian de Cintré, who joins the firm from Milbank.

Kilian has extensive experience acting for sponsors, development finance institutions, commercial lenders and export credit agencies on the development, structuring and financing of complex natural resources, infrastructure and energy projects internationally. He also has extensive knowledge of project development and commercial documentation.

International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced that experienced private funds regulatory lawyer Christopher J. Scully has joined the Firm as a partner in the Private Funds practice, based in the Washington, D.C. office.

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced that Jarryd E. Anderson, a nationally prominent bank regulatory lawyer, has joined the firm as co-chair of the Financial Services Group and a partner in the Corporate Department. Squire Patton Boggs has announced the appointment of Ruaridh Guy as a partner in its Hong Kong Litigation Practice.  Mr. Guy, who arrives with associates Lauras Rambinas and Tina Wong from the Hong Kong office of Ince & Co, is the latest senior lawyer to join the firm’s Commodities and Shipping Industry Group. Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has hired intellectual property and technology partner Maureen Daly to lead its IP team in Dublin and expand its pan-European Technology, Science and Industry sector capabilities.

Maureen joins from Irish law firm Beauchamps, where she has been partner and head of technology and IP for 18 years. Her broad range of expertise includes patent litigation, data privacy, enforcement of intellectual property rights, and trademark filings and prosecutions.
