International law firm Simmons & Simmons has announced the strengthening of its Real Estate department in Milan with the arrival of a new team composed of Emanuela Molinaro, who joins as a partner, together with supervising associates Enrico Stefanelli and Christian Turotti, lawyers Francesca Giammarino and Luca Cordischi, and Luigi Toscano.

Matthew Honeyben joins CMS as a partner. He has a particular focus on conventional and small modular reactor projects in developed and emerging markets and, with the current focus on new nuclear build developments across Europe, the addition of Matthew strengthens the CMS offering to clients.

Eversheds Sutherland has announced a boost to its Frankfurt capability with the appointment of M&A lateral partner hire, Silke Gantzckow.

Silke, a notary public, joins from Baker McKenzie, and brings 20 years of experience in advising on corporate finance transactions including national and cross-border corporate M&A and private equity.
