Chelsea Hilliard has joined McGuireWoods’ commercial litigation practice as a partner in Dallas, bringing more than a decade of experience representing clients in high-stakes litigation and corporate governance matters.

Kirkland & Ellis announced that Cristina Weidner will join the Firm as a partner in the Munich office to lead the Firm’s restructuring practice in Germany.

Catherine, who completed her training contract with AG and previously worked with the firm for 13 years, is highly experienced in leading complex transactions for real estate clients. She previously worked as a Partner at Shoosmiths, leading the firm's Living sector business—which she spearheaded and grew significantly—as well as advising on various housing and hotels projects.
