Debevoise & Plimpton LLP announced that Jeff Sullivan KC will join the firm on July 1, 2023, as a London partner in its market leading International Dispute Resolution Group. Mr. Sullivan will also be Co-Chair of International Arbitration in Europe at Debevoise.

Mr. Sullivan will join Debevoise in July, after completing work on a legacy matter.

Richard was previously a banking partner at Clifford Chance and specialises in leveraged finance, debt restructuring, private equity, acquisition finance, corporate and syndicated lending.

International law firm CMS has bolstered its asset finance offering in Hong Kong with the recruitment of partner Conor Warde, and his shipping transactional and finance practice.

Conor, who has been based in Asia since 2011, advises clients on transactional, corporate, regulatory and policy matters with particular experience in ship finance and maritime transactional matters. He has been actively involved as a lawyer in the maritime industry since 2004.
