Clyde & Co has announced the hire of Martin Paxton as a partner in its Manchester Insurance, Financial & Professional Disputes (IFPD) practice. Martin focuses on Professional Indemnity (PI) work handling high-value, complex claims for solicitors, traditional and miscellaneous professionals and construction professionals.
Martin previously worked at Clyde & Co between 2011 and 2016, having joined the firm through its merger with Barlow Lyde & Gilbert. Since then, Martin has been a partner at DAC Beachcroft.
Global law firm Clyde & Co has announced the hire of corporate commercial lawyer Mohammed Almarzouki as a partner in its Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Mohammed will be based in the firm's Riyadh office and is joining Clyde & Co's Global Corporate & Advisory practice.
DLA Piper has confirmed the appointment of Jack Brumpton who has rejoined DLA Piper as a Partner in the Finance, Projects & Restructuring (FP&R) practice.
Jack will be returning from renewable energy company Sun Cable where he was Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to that Jack had been Special Counsel at DLA Piper in Brisbane.
