Wolfgang Gabler strengthens Real estate team in Vienna as a partner

The Honorable Rolando T. Acosta, who leads one of the nation’s most important courts as Presiding Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department, is set to join Pillsbury’s market-leading litigation practice as a partner. Widely recognized as one of the foremost jurists in the United States, Justice Acosta has spent more than 25 years as a sitting New York judge, earning a reputation for his uncompromising adherence to the rule of law.

Winston & Strawn LLP announced the addition of Dane Drobny as a partner in the firm’s Chicago office and as a member of the Transactions Department.

Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm, has recruited partner Santiago Hurtado as Head of its Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Spain. In his new role, he will focus on insolvency and restructuring, as well as financial litigation. He joined the Madrid office on March 1, 2023 along with counsel Javier Royo.
