The 38-year-old joins the firm as a Salary Partner and brings extensive transactional experience in capital markets law. Christian Köhler advises issuers and issuing banks in particular on bond programmes, stand-alone issues, green and social bonds, convertible and hybrid bonds, IPOs and rights issues.

Taylor Wessing strengthens its venture capital practice with Dr Armin Bartsch (42) as Salary Partner as of October 1, 2022. The venture capital and M&A expert will move to the international law firm's Berlin office and join the team of Norman Röchert, Co-Head of the international industry group Technology, Media & Communications, and Jens Wolf, Head of the firm's German venture capital practice.
