International law firm Withers has added partner Natalie Sherborn to its White Collar Defence and Investigations team. Natalie joins the firm from Pinsent Masons, where she was the co-head of the London White Collar Crime, Compliance & Investigations team.

Natalie was called to the Bar in 2000 and spent 14 years in independent practice both prosecuting and defending in heavyweight crime cases. She moved into private practice to focus on international disputes and investigations.

Global, sector focused law firm HFW has continued to expand its fast-growing Australia practice with hire of leading commercial litigation and international arbitration partner, Bronwyn Lincoln.

Bronwyn specialises in international commercial arbitration and high value multi-jurisdictional disputes, with a focus on international trade, shareholder and joint venture and project/infrastructure disputes. She joins HFW's Melbourne office from Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Bronwyn previously spent over a decade as a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills (formerly Freehills).

Martin joins from Pinsent Masons where he led the firm's global mass actions & collective redress offering, prior to which he trained and worked at Freshfields. Martin covers a broad spectrum of commercial litigation and arbitration. He has acted on some of the major mass actions in Germany in recent years across a range of sectors. He also has particular expertise in complex, international construction and engineering matters.
