Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced that corporate lawyer Andrés Nieto has joined the firm as an international partner in the Mexico City office.

Joining from the Mexican reputed firm Creel Abogados, Nieto represents business groups, financial institutions and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate financing, secured financing and syndicated lending, reorganizations, restructurings and work-outs, fintech matters and regulatory compliance.

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP announced the addition of Vincent Naveaux, who has joined as a national partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department. He is based in Willkie’s Brussels office. Vincent is a litigator with particular experience advising corporate and investment funds in corporate dispute resolution and governance matters.

Gabriel previously served for ten years as Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of hedge fund adviser Sovarnum Capital L.P. Earlier in his career, he was an associate in Willkie’s Asset Management Department.

Continuing the rapid expansion of its highly ranked Corporate practice, O’Melveny announced that leading Capital Markets lawyer Michelle Earley has joined the firm as a partner in its Austin office.
