DLA Piper announced that John Maselli has joined the firm's Corporate practice as a partner in Northern California, based in the San Francisco office.

International law firm Ashurst continues Luxembourg office growth with the appointment of Fabien Debroise as a partner in its banking team.

Fabien joins from Ogier, where he has worked for over seven years and most recently was co-managing partner of their Luxembourg office. He joined Ogier in 2012 from Bonn Steichen& Partners and was promoted to Partner and Head of Banking in 2014.
