Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international technology and energy law firm, announced the arrival of Michael Torosian to the firm’s San Francisco office. Reed Smith announced that Chauncey M. Lane has joined the firm as a partner in its Global Corporate Group in the firm’s Dallas office.
