The global law firm Jones Day has announced that Ben Fox will join the Firm in Amsterdam as a partner in its Banking, Finance & Securities Practice.

Mr. Fox advises clients on secured and unsecured syndicated lending; real estate finance, asset finance, and leveraged finance transactions; and other complex, banking-related matters. He has represented both banks and borrowers on domestic and cross-border transactions.
