Allen & Overy (“A&O”) announced that Josh Birenbaum has joined the firm as partner in its Private Equity practice. Josh joins A&O’s Los Angeles office from Winston & Strawn LLP, where he served as partner in the Private Equity Group.

Anneliese has a wealth of experience across the real estate credit and asset spectrum, infrastructure debt transactions and holdco financings. Anneliese re-joins A&O from Goldman Sachs where she was a Managing Director in the transaction execution team within the Investment Banking Division. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she was a senior associate in A&O’s real estate finance team.
