TLT continues to expand its UK-wide corporate team with the appointment of corporate technology specialist Adam Kuan as partner in the firm’s London office.

Adam joins from Deloitte Legal where he became legal director in 2021, having previously held positions at Kemp Little LLP and Herbert Smith Freehills. Adam brings over a decade of experience in corporate transactions with a particular focus in advising technology or tech-enabled businesses.
