PARTNER MOVES - Littler welcomes back Kyllan Kershaw as a shareholder in Atlanta

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Kyllan B. Kershaw as a shareholder in its Atlanta office. Kershaw, who was an associate at Littler from 2012 to 2016, returns to the firm from Seyfarth Shaw, where she was national vice chair of the Labor Management Relations practice. She is the 16th shareholder-level addition to Littler since July and the fourth shareholder to rejoin the firm in that time.

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced that Eyitayo “Tee” St. Matthew-Daniel will be joining the firm as a partner in the Litigation Department, resident in New York. A former Assistant Chief of the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Antitrust Division in New York, Ms. St. Matthew-Daniel will focus on criminal investigations, merger and non-merger civil investigations, and antitrust litigation by the DOJ, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the European Commission (EC).

The international law firm ADVANT Beiten strengthened its labour law division in Berlin at the beginning of October with Dr Ariane Loof, who has joined the firm from KPMG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft as a Salary Partner.

Ariana Loof will work in the team of Dr Thomas Puffe and Dr Thomas Barthel. She specializes in collective labour law and in data protection law, particularly in data protection law for employees. Before her time at KPMG, she worked for the law firm Dentons.
