PARTNER MOVES - Gibson Dunn adds international arbitration partner Paul Tan in Singapore

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Paul Tan has joined the firm’s Singapore office as a partner.  Tan, a former partner at Cavenagh Law LLP, which is registered in a formal law alliance in Singapore under Clifford Chance Asia, will continue his international disputes practice.  He will lead the firm’s international arbitration practice in Asia.

The international law firm ADVANT Beiten strengthened its labour law division in Berlin at the beginning of October with Dr Ariane Loof, who has joined the firm from KPMG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft as a Salary Partner.

Ariana Loof will work in the team of Dr Thomas Puffe and Dr Thomas Barthel. She specializes in collective labour law and in data protection law, particularly in data protection law for employees. Before her time at KPMG, she worked for the law firm Dentons.

Global law firm Dentons has strengthened its Litigation practice in France with the hire of partner Matthieu Ollivry.

Matthieu Ollivry has fifteen years of experience in business litigation and specialises in banking and financial litigation. Over the last ten years, he has acted for banks in the Madoff, toxic loans and TEG disputes. He also manages corporate and commercial litigation, often international and multi-jurisdictional. He maintains a strong practice in enforcement.
