King & Spalding has added a three-lawyer real estate team, led by partner Guillaume Aubatier, to its Corporate, Finance & Investments practice in Paris.

Aubatier’s practice covers complex corporate real estate matters with a particular emphasis on real estate investments, including acquisition and disposal of assets/vehicles, large French and pan-European portfolios, asset management, construction, finance, restructuring and contentious matters.
