Ashurst advises lenders on Vic Schools PPP refinancing

International law firm Ashurst has advised Westpac Banking Corporation, MUFG Bank, Ltd. and MUFG Securities EMEA plc on a A$204M refinancing of The Partnerships Victoria in Schools PPP Project for AMP Capital Community Infrastructure Fund.

The Partnerships Victoria in Schools PPP Project saw a public private partnership established to leverage private sector expertise to design, build, finance and maintain 11 new schools located in Melbourne's west, south and north.

Dentons advises Hines Poland on the sale of Graffit office building

Dentons' Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised Hines Poland on the sale of Graffit office building in Warsaw, Poland. The building was acquired by a company from the group of Zeus Capital Management and it is its first investment in Poland.

Put in operation in the first quarter of 2018, Graffit is located in the business part of the Mokotow district of Warsaw. The building offers a total rentable area of 18,500 sqm, and meets the highest standards of modern workplace. With its wide range of energy efficient design solutions, the building is certified as BREEAM "Excellent".

Linklaters represents Petrobras in US$562 million sale of Pasadena Refinery to Chevron

Linklaters has represented Petrobras Americas Inc. and its Brazilian parent Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras in the sale of all the outstanding shares and equity interests of Pasadena Refining System, Inc. to Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX), for US$562 million, of which US$ 350 million corresponds to equity and US$ 212 million corresponds to working capital.

Norton Rose Fulbright advises on the largest refinancing in the Greek renewable energy market

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Eurobank Ergasias and Alpha Bank on the €202 million non-recourse refinancing of a renewable energy projects portfolio operated by three subsidiaries of Total Eren, in Greece. The portfolio consists of five wind parks and seven solar photovoltaic parks with a total installed capacity of 162.4MW. This is the largest refinancing in the Greek renewable energy market.
