Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has hired partner Graham Coop to the firm’s international arbitration practice.

Graham is a highly experienced international lawyer representing States, companies and international organisations on investment and commercial arbitrations and other public international law matters, including State-to-State and sovereign immunity issues. Graham will co-lead the firm’s investor-state dispute settlement and public international law team with Sylvia Tonova who joined the firm earlier in March.

Brendan is currently a partner in Latham & Watkins’ Private Equity Practice. He acts for infrastructure funds and direct investors on M&A transactions across a broad range of infrastructure assets, including utilities, transport, renewables, technology and communications, and social infrastructure.
